Rabelink and Gesink have three years to merge

Rabelink Logistics, an affiliate of the German Huettemann Group, has purchased Gesink Transport, effective 1 January 2021.
At Gesink, a company which was founded more than 160 years ago, 140 employees and a fleet of more than 100 tractor units and 115 trailers will be affected. The owner, Arno Gesink, will stay on board over a three-year integration period.
Gesink Transport, located in Zehlhem, specialises in transports across the Benelux countries and Germany and will retain its brand over the integration period. (sh)
