Sunrock has reported it is expanding its collaboration with Frasers property industrial by installing photovoltaic systems with a total capacity of 16.5 MWp on five additional logistics and industrial properties across Germany. The projects, located in Günzburg, Egelsbach, Mülheim an der Ruhr, Duisburg and Bergheim, add to existing systems at 'the Tube' in Düsseldorf and a site in Vaihingen an der Enz, bringing the total portfolio to 26.9 MWp.

Covering 281,600 sqm of roof space with nearly 60,000 solar panels, the systems will produce around 26,000 MWh of green electricity annually, cutting CO₂ emissions by more than 11,600 t per year according to Sunrocks' specifications. Sunrock owns the installations and leases the roof areas, supplying power to local users. (js)
