New transatlantic service from Bremen

Norway's Norlat Shipping, which has locations in Sarpsborg and Bergen (Norway) and Gothenburg (Sweden), is launching a regular transatlantic service. It will focus on bulk general cargo such as forestry and steel products and will sail to ports on the US East Coast and in the Gulf of Mexico from Bremen as from June 2022.
The shipping company, whose origins date back to 1907, has been operating services with its own and chartered ships mainly from Scandinavia to North Africa and USA for around 30 years. (sh)
