MSC to digitalise freight contracts with Nyshex

MSC has partnered with New York Shipping Exchange (Nyshex) to digitalise the performance monitoring of its ocean freight contracts. Nyshex's platform will give MSC real-time insights into its contracts, monitoring key terms, allocations, and service levels, and comparing this information against live booking data, container milestones, and vessel schedules through automated workflows.
This digital approach will help MSC's sales and commercial staff to adapt more efficiently to market changes by providing greater visibility and automated alerts on booking patterns. The collaboration aims to enhance customer experience by maintaining MSC's personalised support while leveraging digital tools for improved efficiency. (pb)
