Kestrel Mare: new joint venture in Italy

Harren Group, Kestrel Italia, and Intermare have formed a joint venture named Kestrel Mare, based in Genoa, Italy. It merges the business units of Intermare and Kestrel Italia under one brand, focusing on project cargo and heavy lift services.
Kestrel Mare will serve as the representative office for Harren Group brands like SAL Heavy Lift, Intermarine, and Combi Lift in Italy. The partnership aims to expand activities in the Mediterranean region, leveraging a combined fleet and extensive expertise. (pb)
