APAC focused logistics real estate platform ESR Cayman Limited (ESR) has released its results for the six months from January till June 2021.
Revenues in H1/2021 amounted to USD 177.7 million, up 24.7% from the same period a year earlier (USD 142.4 million).
Ebitda increased by 38.6% from USD 269.4 million (H1/2020 USD 373.5 million), while fund management ebitda grew by as much as 50.9% from USD 64.4 million in H1/2020 to USD 97.1 million in H1/2021.
The group’s total AUM continued to improve, reaching USD 36.3 billion, up 36.9% year-on-year. The group also raised USD 2.5 billion in committed capital via new or upsized financial vehicles in Japan, South Korea and Australia. (sh)
