Latam and Delta Air Lines are expanding their Joint Venture agreement to include Argentina, strengthening cargo and passenger connectivity between the US, Canada, and South America. With Argentina’s inclusion, cargo customers now benefit from an integrated network linking over 200 destinations, enhanced routing options, and increased bellyhold and freighter capacity.

The Joint Venture enables seamless cargo services across both carriers, improving speed, flexibility, and reliability for shipments between North and South America. Latam Cargo’s fleet of 21 freighters and Delta’s belly capacity ensure more opportunities for integrated logistics solutions, especially for key sectors such as perishables, pharma, and e-commerce.

The agreement, which has secured regulatory approval, significantly enhances airfreight options between Argentina and North America, offering customers more frequent flights, optimized connections, and value-added cargo services. (ah)
