Ceremony marks new chapter for Iloilo port

The Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) has officially transferred the management of the Iloilo Commercial Port Complex (ICPC) to Visayas Container Terminal (VCT).
The handover, which took place on 6 May, was marked by a ceremony attended by executives from PPA, VCT, and International Container Terminal Services (ICTSI), as well as stakeholders from local industries and representatives from SITC shipping line. This event kicked off VCT's 25-year concession, during which it aims to develop and enhance the port's capabilities. (pb)
