Air Charter Service (ACS) has expanded its German footprint with the opening of a new office in Cologne – its fourth in the country. The new location complements ACS’s charter hubs in Frankfurt and Munich, as well as its Time Critical division based in Frankfurt.

Caroline Werf, CEO of ACS Germany, highlighted Cologne’s role as an aviation hub, noting its proximity to the German Aerospace Center and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency. Melanie Hentschel (pictured), who has over ten years of experience in the sector and joined ACS three years ago, will lead the new office. "I’m excited to get going in the city where I’ve spent most of my career," she said.

ACS plans to expand the Cologne team in the coming months. The global charter broker operates over 30,000 flights annually and has 35 offices across six continents. (ah)
