A fourth pharma hub in Ohio

Cardinal Health has started construction on its new 32,000 sqm pharmaceutical distribution centre in Colombus, Ohio (USA) in order to expand its capacities for the distribution of over-the-counter medications and treatments. An advanced inventory management system and software-based automation will support the warehouse employees and speed up operations.
This marks Cardinal Health’s fourth distribution facility in Central Ohio, further fortifying its presence in the region. Its local partners include Prologis, the Columbus Regional Airport Authority and Capitol Square.
Specialising in over-the counter health products, the new site is set to be operational by summer 2025 and generate around 100 new jobs in the area. (mk)
