UK/China: Mission accomplished

Together with an international freight forwarder, the Chapman Freeborn team recently completed another challenging transport project for the energy industry. The cargo consisted of several oversized pieces, weighing 61 t in total.
The team rose to the challenge of finding a suitable aircraft into which the oversized freight could be loaded and of meeting the customer’s tight schedule. For this project, it used two Illyushin 76 and a Boeing 747F aircraft to fly the cargo from the UK to Tianjin – fulfilling all of the customer’s demands. (cj)
