New head of its transport operations in Poland

Girteka has named Dmitrij Voitkevič as the new head of its transport operations in Poland, effective 1 July.
Based at the firm’s largest site in Sady, near Poznań, he’ll focus on improving efficiency, service quality and on strategic development. Voitkevič joined Girteka in 2022 and brings 15 years of leadership experience in large-scale international operations to the job. He wants to create a resilient, tech-driven and sustainable transport base for the firm.
The Sady facility, opened in 2022, plays a key role in serving Western Europe. It includes fleet maintenance, driver infrastructure and administrative services, supporting 6,000 drivers and 400 mechanics, with capacity for 4,000 trucks a year. Girteka CEO Mindaugas Paulauskas said Voitkevič’s leadership will be crucial as the firm continues to invest in performance and growth.
