Iris and PIL engaged

The Philippines-based Iris Lines, formerly Royal Cargo Lines (RCLI), inked a joint service agreement with Pacific International Lines (PIL) in early February this year. This new Intra-Asia service will connect the Philippines to Singapore and Thailand.
According to Iris Lines' managing director Igal Dafni, the launch establishes the only fixed weekly service from the Philippines via Singapore to Thailand calling at Asian Terminals (ATI).
The service will commence on 16 February 2023, calling at the ports of Manila, Singapore, Bangkok and Laem Chabang. (sh)
