Garbe Industrial has leased around 11,600 sqm of logistics space in Lensahn (Ostholstein district, Germany) to Kiel-based start-up Dieseo. The e-commerce firm, known for its shoe brand 'Pammys' with more than 700,000 customers, will use the site for storage and shipping of fashion products. Dieseo CEO Fatbardh Pakashtica said the expansion was necessary as the company continues to grow and plans to broaden its product range.

The logistics centre, completed at the end of 2023, comprises 23,400 sqm across two units. One unit is now rented long-term by Dieseo, while the other remains available. Tobias Roloff, asset manager at Garbe Industrial, highlighted that the ESG-lease with Dieseo marks an important milestone for the project, adding that Lensahn offers ideal conditions for companies seeking efficient logistics solutions.
