The real estate investment company Europa Capital has purchased a logistics warehouse in Oss (Netherlands) from a private seller for EUR 28.3 million. The 51,502 sqm property is fully leased to XPO Logistics and located in the southeast of the country close to major German and Belgian logistic corridors.

The facility is part of an industrial estate and connected to a multi-modal transport network with rail links, motorways and a barge terminal providing access to and from the Port of Rotterdam.

James Farmer, transaction director at Europa Capital for Core Products, commented: “This investment offers excellent returns, especially considering the current strength of the Dutch labour market in the logistics sector, which is underpinned by the rise of e-commerce and changing consumer habits."
