Andreas Fleischer (pictured), managing partner at DFI real estate, has founded Eqvance real estate GmbH in Düsseldorf. The company, launched on 1 October, focuses on developing logistics, industrial and commercial properties with ecological and technical standards as the company reported. Its projects will feature modular concepts designed for integration into urban and peri-urban areas, aiming to create sustainable assets for the future.
Fleischer brings over 20 years of sector experience to the new venture, alongside his role at DFI. With an interdisciplinary team, Eqvance plans to combine efficiency, sustainability and economic viability. Fleischer is also co-founder and board member of the 'Initiative Logistikimmobilien' (Logix). "For a long time, logistics properties were purely functional buildings. Today, spaces and locations are expected to be digitally networked, climate-neutral and future-proof," stated Fleischer. (js)
