CBRE for ZAL in Huelva

The Huelva Port Authority has entrusted CBRE with the design and management of investment operations and financing of projects on its behalf by potential investors in assets to be developed in the ZAL logistics park, both on a self-promotion and on a rental basis.
ZAL offers a key position for large logistics chains in the southwest of Spain, providing access to the various lines and services available at the Port of Huelva, particularly connections with the Canary Islands and North Africa.
ZAL has received final approval for the planning proposals concerning the various port areas, units and building blocks in each zone of the logistics park. (sh)
