Lynair Logistics in Australia has been taken over by Bolloré Logistics, effective 1 August 2022. Lynair, which is based in Adelaide, will retain its brand name temporarily and continue its business operations as usual following the acquisition.
Established in South Australia in 2002, the logistics company specialises in air and ocean freight, customs clearance, global shipping and logistics worldwide. (sh)
