DP World has invested EUR 8 million in a new vertical quay at Serbia's Port of Novi Sad, boosting teu capacity by 500,000 t. This investment is part of a broader EUR 30 million commitment to upgrade the port's facilities.
DP World aims to make the Port of Novi Sad the Danube's first green port by using renewable energy sources. They also focus on technology and digitisation to improve efficiency and reduce costs. This investment reinforces the company’s position as a major player on the Danube trade route.
