Train frequency doubled

DFDS is expanding its intermodal networks between Germany and Italy in cooperation with Cobantur Boltas and Prime Rail.
The company has added another round trip to the Nuremberg – Trieste section in order to raise the frequency to two trains per week, effective immediately.
With this connection, trailers loaded in Turkey can be shipped quickly and with a reduced environmental impact to their recipients in Europe, the Danish ferry company said.
The train leaves Trieste on Thursdays and Sundays, and Nuremberg on Tuesdays and Fridays. DFDS launched this service only last autumn. (ben)
