Scan Global goes New Zealand

New Zealand freight forwarder Orbis Global Logistics was the next on the list of its North European competitor Scan Global Logistics. On 5 October, Orbis' shares will change hands. Financial details were not disclosed.
With this takeover, SGL will significantly strengthen its position in the Pacific region. Orbis was only founded in 2017. Its founders, Troy Hageman, Stuart Kingdon and Stephen Fredricson, will stay on board. (sh)
