Multimodal Xiamen - Duisburg connection

Ceva has launched a new Xiamen blocktrain service from China to Europe. Running on Wednesdays, the multimodal (sea/rail) transport link further taps the potential of trade among the countries under the belt and road initiative.
Located in the southeast of mainland China, Xiamen is a hub city which connects China's surrounding coastal countries via the belt and road to the West.
Cooperating with Xiamen International Railway Service (XMIRS), Ceva now operates a blocktrain to Duisburg (Germany). With the transit in Xiamen, seafreight consolidated from Asian countries can easily take the "belt and road" express to the West. (ben)
