IBA strengthens data and intelligence capabilities

IBA, a leading aviation intelligence and advisory company based near London, has appointed Dr Stuart Hatcher as Chief Data Officer, expanding his current role as Chief Economist.
With more than 25 years of experience in science, aviation intelligence, and executive leadership, Hatcher brings a multidisciplinary perspective to the role. He has previously led consultancy, data, and technology teams at IBA, helped develop its digital products, and served as both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer.
As Chief Data Officer, Hatcher will focus on enhancing data quality, analytical rigour, and product innovation to deliver actionable insights for clients across the aviation sector. He will continue to represent IBA at industry events and remain an ISTAT Certified Appraiser. (ah)
