Euroaméricas enhances its transatlantic services
A further vessel just started its loop from Bilbao.
Euroaméricas, a joint venture between the Dutch shipping company Onego Shipping and Bergé, has reinforced its maritime cargo service between Bilbao (Spain) and the United States with another vessel. The enhancement will be carried out by the Onego Mississippi, a general cargo ship with cranes, 116 m in length and 10,000 tpm built in 2013 and flagged in the Netherlands.
The Onego shipping company connects the Cantabrian cornice on a monthly basis with the US East Coast, the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean, through its general agent Euroaméricas with a regular service for conventional and project loads.
On its first trip, the Onego Mississippi will depart from Bilbao to the ports of Mobile and Houston, in the southern states of Alabama and Texas. (mw)
