Cushman & Wakefield appoints regional logistics head

Cushman & Wakefield France has appointed Florian Moreau partner and director of logistics for northern France. Reporting to Alexis Bouteiller within the leasing agency led by Olivier Taupin, he will drive growth in one of Europe’s most strategic logistics regions.
Moreau brings more than 20 years of experience, including over 15 years at BNP Paribas Real Estate and most recently as head of industrial & logistics France at Savills. His track record spans both capital markets and leasing, with landmark deals for major industrial and logistics groups. The appointment underlines Cushman & Wakefield’s ambition to make the north a logistics hub, while strengthening synergies with its capital markets and ESG practices. (ah)
