Construction work disrupts hinterland traffic

Germany is currently carrying out upgrades in various areas of its rail network, which, among other things, is causing temporary disruptions in seaport-hinterland transports.
TFG Transfracht will therefore have to reroute some of its Albatros Express trains in the coming months, the rail operator said. This will lengthen routes and increase transit times.
TFG has announced that there will be disruptions particularly on the Kassel - Fulda express route, the rail link between Bremen and Bremerhaven and the Emmerich-Oberhausen route from now until around 9 December 2023. (ben)
