Agreements for two new vessels

The Board of Samudera Shipping Line has signed numerous agreements to acquire two container vessels from independent third parties. The two new vessels will be delivered in H2/2023.
The purchase price is approximately USD 59,900,000. Each of the new vessels has a deadweight tonnage of 1,500 teu. The acquisition is part of the company's existing core business. (lh)
