Aerion unveils strategic cargo concept

Aerion introduced its new cargo strategy at the ACE Munich event a month ago, positioning itself as a think tank for airlines aiming to rethink their freight operations.

Offering modular, customisable support in the commercial, technical, operational and support fields, Aerion enables airlines to drive transformation without major internal restructuring.

To support this mission, the group has appointed Ismail Durmaz (pictured) as a partner for corporate and business affairs. Durmaz will work closely with chairman Adrien Thominet to expand strategic alignment and client engagement. Aerion is also set to launch a high-level advisory board of logistics and innovation experts.

"This project brings real value to airlines," said Durmaz. "It’s a new way to imagine service and performance in air cargo." Aerion’s confidential, integrated approach marks a shift from traditional consultancy to offering bespoke cargo strategies with operational impact. (ah)
