Wissous Froid, a company founded 20 years ago, has been sold. It is the parent company of Prest distribution and Prest logistique, two companies specialising in the transport, regional distribution and logistics of temperature-controlled agro-food products in the greater region of Paris.
The buyer is SRD transport in Rungis. This sale was supported by P2C-Partners. Altogether, the acquired companies have 70 trucks, LCV and HGV vehicles, and 80 employees. They achieved a turnover of EUR 7.4 million last year. (sh)
