Factor'Industry Real Estate, known on the market under the brand name "Fire", has welcomed three new colleagues to reinforce its asset management and investment teams. Jacques Renaudie joins from project development and fund management, bringing expertise in the monitoring and valuation of assets. Stéphane Beau, with a background in wealth and portfolio management, will also support the operational and strategic steering of Fire’s asset portfolios. Thibault Fontaine strengthens the investment side, contributing his experience in asset management and deal structuring.
The French company, which focuses on logistics and industrial real estate, underlines that these appointments reflect both the dynamism of the sector and the ongoing structuring of its teams. "We are delighted to welcome Jacques, Stéphane and Thibault, whose diverse experience will help us pursue our strategy in logistics and industrial real estate," commented CEO Louis d’Arexy (pictured).
