Telker in charge of WDP Germany from Düsseldorf
WDP, a pan-European investor, developer and manager of logistics real estate, is strengthening its presence in Germany by opening an office in Düsseldorf, to be headed by country manager Christoph Telker from 1 September this year.
Telker, formerly the managing director for Germany at DLH Deutsche Logistik Holding, brings over 20 years of expertise in real estate, logistics and infrastructure to his new role. He’ll support WDP’s ambition to become a Eur 10 billion pan-continental logistics platform. With in-depth local knowledge and a strong network, Telker will oversee portfolio development through in-house projects and value-added acquisitions.
CEO Joost Uwents called Germany “a market with huge potential” and welcomed Telker’s future contribution to sustainable growth. WDP manages over 7.5 million m² of logistics space across Europe, with a focus on long-term partnerships, carbon-neutral development and local expertise.
