Sebastian Wolf to become CFO of TGW Logistics

As of today, 5 May 2025, Sebastian Wolf takes over as Chief Financial Officer of TGW Logistics. Wolf, who most recently served as CEO of Austrian fire service equipment supplier Rosenbauer, brings deep financial and strategic experience to the intralogistics specialist. His previous roles include overseeing a successful turnaround at Rosenbauer and leading key digital and transformation projects. Wolf is also well connected in Austria’s industrial and banking sectors.
In addition to his technical credentials, TGW praised his value-driven leadership and commitment to the company’s mission of combining business success with social responsibility. He succeeds interim CFO Clemens Bauernfeind, who will stay on until the end of June to ensure a smooth handover. (ah)
