Razr joins Bwt network

Bwt logistics has acquired Razr logistics from Johnson storage & moving, expanding its contract logistics and on-demand warehousing capabilities. The company, backed by Argosy private equity and Bluejay capital partners, said the deal strengthens its end-to-end supply chain services. Razr serves more than 500 corporate customers across consumer products, retail and manufacturing. According to Bwt the acquisition adds warehousing options that allow the company to meet customer needs regardless of scale or duration, broadening its potential client base.
"Mike Griffin and his team have built an exceptional business with strong talent, proven capabilities and a customer-first culture that aligns seamlessly with ours," said Bwt CEO Danielle Roszko. She added that the integration will enable more agile services and extend Bwt’s reach, enhancing competitiveness and growth opportunities. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. (js)
