DHL global forwarding has launched the 'DHL consolidated clearance service' for US imports, a customs solution designed for e-commerce and retail companies. The service streamlines the clearance process by grouping multiple shipments under a single customs entry, aiming to help importers cut costs and reduce clearance times.
"While trade policies shift and regulations tighten, retailers must deliver faster, more efficiently and in full compliance," said Greg Nichols, senior vice president global customs at DHL global forwarding. "Our new service gives them that edge – simpler customs procedures, lower costs and consistent compliance without complex technology," she added. (js)
