Crew survey applauds 'Welcome' Wi-Fi

Elcome International’s 'Welcome Maritime Wi-Fi' has marked one year of service with strong results from a global crew survey.
According to the company seafarers reported high satisfaction, with 44% awarding a perfect score for internet speed and 88% rating video call quality as excellent or very good. The service is used daily for messaging, calls, social media, streaming, banking and essential life admin.
'Welcome' scored a 'Net Promoter Score' of 71, with 71% saying they would recommend it to others. "Internet onboard used to be a privilege. Now it feels like a right," stated one respondent. Elcome plans to use the feedback to guide further product and payment integration developments. (js)
