Combilift wins ‘Red Dot’ for electric forklift

Combilift has secured its third ‘Red Dot Design Award’ for product design, this time for its ‘Combi-CB70E’, a 7 t electric multidirectional counterbalance forklift.
The award highlights the model’s ergonomic features, performance and sustainability credentials.
The Irish company developed the zero-emission forklift to handle long and heavy loads in tight industrial spaces. Key innovations include an auto-swivel seat, advanced traction control and enhanced operator visibility.
Combilift CEO Martin McVicar said the forklift meets growing demand for electric solutions, without sacrificing performance.
The award adds to a strong year for Combilift, which has also been recognised in the UK for ergonomics, design and leadership.
With over 1,000 staff and exports to 85 countries and counting, Combilift continues serve the materials handling industry to the best of its abilities. (gy)
