Cold storage in Attignat

GSE has started construction of a deep-freeze warehouse in Attignat, Ain, for a fund managed by Alderan’s Activimmo and for operator groupe Jacky Perrenot. The 2,500 m² site will combine logistics and service functions, meeting cold chain, energy efficiency and regulatory requirements as the company reported. It includes a -22°C cold room of 1,500 m² with a height of 12.25 m and a positive cooling dock of 400 m² at +2/+4°C with a height of 6 m.
Additional facilities comprise 100 m² of technical space and 420 m² of offices and staff areas. The project aims to optimise logistics flows while ensuring continuity of temperatures between storage and loading areas. By investing in this warehouse, Groupe Jacky Perrenot will expand its storage and distribution capacity. (js)
