Change of leadership at Oudkerk

Rotterdam-based logistics provider Oudkerk has named Huib ten Cate (pictured) as its new Managing Director, effective September 2025. He succeeds Kees Potters, who is retiring after significantly expanding the company’s market-leading role in offshore port logistics. Ten Cate brings extensive operational and commercial experience from leadership positions at Royal Vopak and Wilhelmsen Port Services.
The company will continue to strengthen its position in dry cargo imports and logistics services while focusing on digitalisation and the energy transition. Kees Potters will support the transition until the end of 2025. Oudkerk, part of the HGK Group, plays a key role in maritime logistics across the Netherlands and Belgium. (ah)
